All City Departments who work in the Parker Building are temporarily relocated at Watertown City Hall’s Lower Hearing Room (ground floor of 149 Main Street). Members of the community needing to communicate with the departments below can continue to reach them by phone, or by visiting the Lower Hearing Room during their normal operating hours.
The City of Watertown' Information Technology Department is responsible for providing the technological foundation and strategic direction that support the City’s mission, operations, and services. We deliver secure, reliable, and innovative technology solutions that enable departments to operate efficiently, protect critical information, and serve the community effectively.
Our team oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the City’s technology infrastructure, including network and server systems, cybersecurity, telecommunications, enterprise applications, and digital services. We work collaboratively with all city departments to modernize operations, improve service delivery, and expand public access to information through technology.
Through proactive planning, continuous improvement, and a commitment to excellence, the Information Technology Department ensures that the City remains connected, resilient, and prepared to meet current and future technological needs.
