Pequossette CIT Program

NEW for 2026

Watertown Recreation is launching a Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program for youth ages 13–14 entering 9th grade.

The CIT Program focuses on leadership development, mentorship, and service while preparing participants for future counselor roles.

This is not a paid position. CITs volunteer and may earn school credited community service hours towards graduation.
