Program Dates

  • Week 1: June 22–26
  • Week 2: June 29–July 2 (No Program on Friday, July 3)

Updated Regular Day Hours

8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Cost: $250 Resident / $295 Non-Resident per week
Week 2 (4-Day Week): $200 Resident / $236 Non-Resident

Early Drop-Off

7:30 AM – 8:30 AM
Cost: $35 Resident / $50 Non-Resident per week
Participants must be registered for the regular camp day to enroll.

Extended Day Program

3:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Cost: $60 Resident / $80 Non-Resident per week
Participants must be registered for the regular camp day to enroll.

Weekly Registration Deadlines

Registration closes the Wednesday before each camp week at midnight.
Example: Week 1 (June 22–26) closes Wednesday, June 17 at 11:59 PM.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

Cancellation Policy

More than 7 days before the start of each session:

  • Eligible for a refund via check, credit card, or household credit
  • A $75 cancellation fee per child, per week for Watertown residents
  • An $88.50 cancellation fee per child, per week for non-residents

7 days or less before the session start, or after the session begins:

  • No refunds or credits will be issued, except in the case of a documented medical withdrawal

Deposit & Automatic Payment Schedule

For registrants choosing to use the deposit option, to keep your enrollment secure, weekly balances will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on the following dates:

  • June 1: Payment due for June program weeks (Weeks 1 & 2)
  • June 26: Payment due for July program weeks (Weeks 3–6)
  • July 24: Payment due for August program weeks (Weeks 7 & 8)

If a valid credit card is saved to your household account, Watertown Recreation will automatically process your payment on the scheduled dates. Families who paid using another method (check, cash, or without a saved credit card) are responsible for paying the remaining balance by these dates. Balances not received on time may result in forfeiture of your program reservation.

  • Wednesday, August 12: Family Cookout – 6:00–9:00 PM
  • Thursday, August 13: End of Summer Celebration & Talent Show

NEW for 2026 – Pequossette CIT Program

Watertown Recreation is launching a Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program for youth ages 13–14 entering 9th grade.

This is not a paid position. CITs volunteer and may earn community service hours.

Includes an application and interview process.
Acceptance is not guaranteed.
More details released February 2026.

Camper Groups & Registration Notes

Register your child for the grade they will enter in Fall 2026.
One friend request allowed, not guaranteed.

Group notifications emailed the Thursday before each week.

CampDocs – Health Forms Requirement

All registrants must complete required health forms through CampDocs:

  • Health history
  • Up-to-date well visit
  • Immunization record (within 12 months of program start)

Families will receive a CampDocs invitation. Returning families must upload updated medical documentation.

Campers may not attend unless:

  • All balances are paid in full
  • All CampDocs forms are completed and approved
